MN16017

35mm film photograph, 2016

Taken from inside the car on a rainy day. My grandfather found a Minolta X-700 at a garage sale for $1 and bought it for me. Photography became my new hobby, and I would bring my camera with me everywhere. I’ve “upgraded” since then, but no film camera I’ve used comes close to as light, small, and versatile as the X-700. I assume Grandpa was driving while I took this. I will love, miss, and cherish him forever.
